Shop-Check checks the variants of your store and turns every problem into a case you solve with one decision. The interface is in German; this page names the German labels where you need them.
What is checked

A case is a problem, not a variant: one duplicate SKU is one case with all affected variants. The overview shows the number of cases per check.
A check run
- Open the app in the admin and click “Alle prüfen” (check all). All checks run at once on a shared snapshot of the catalog. For large catalogs the status line shows progress.
- Each row shows its result as soon as it is ready. “Beheben” (fix) opens the cases of that check.
- Results stay in your browser for 30 minutes. “Erneut prüfen” (check again) reads fresh data.
Fixing cases
The fix page walks through the cases one by one. The problem is at the top, below it the affected variants with a thumbnail and a link into the admin. The “Beheben” card lists the suggestions; “Übernehmen” (apply) writes exactly that suggestion. Anything that cannot be derived you fix in the admin via the link on the variant.
- SKU template: New SKUs follow a template with placeholders such as
{produkt}(product),{variante}(variant) and counters such as{produkt:nr}. “Template wählen” (choose template) lists templates with example SKUs and a custom template with a preview. The choice applies to the shop until you change it under “Template ändern” (change template). Until then, suggestions follow your existing SKUs. - Weights: If there is no suggestion, enter the weight by hand (“Gewicht setzen”). For values below 10 g or above 10 kg the app asks you to confirm. An existing unusual weight can be confirmed, after which the app no longer reports it.
- Barcodes: A wrong check digit is never recalculated, because the result could belong to a different article. Enter the EAN from the manufacturer.
- Apply all suggestions: In the expanded list of all cases, “Alle Vorschläge übernehmen” opens a dialog with checkboxes. Barcodes are unchecked by default, at most 100 changes per step.
Card on the product page
The findings of a single product are also available on its page in the admin. Open a product, choose “Apps” at the top and add “Shop-Check”; pin it to keep the card on every product page. It lists the cases of this product, links to the variants and leads into the app with “Beheben”. The card writes nothing.
Order volume and fulfillment time
The overview can show the number of your orders in the last 60 days and a projection per month. This needs read access to orders; “Bestellmenge anzeigen” requests it. The “Versand” page additionally shows how long orders take until shipment. From orders the app reads only timestamps and statuses, no customer data (privacy policy).
What the app writes
Only on click, only on the selected variants: SKU, barcode, weight, inventory tracking. Plus app-owned metafields for the source of a weight and confirmed weights. When writing, the app re-checks SKUs for uniqueness and writes barcodes only if they are valid.
Limits
- The product page card finds duplicates through the admin search and may miss rare cases with special characters. The check inside the app is authoritative.
- The app does not see orders older than 60 days; the monthly projection is based on that window.
- The interface is in German.
